“It's different than you think. Poison is healing, and healing is poison.” My spirits gave me this sentence as a gift.
What is healing? What does it mean to be whole? Who is it that heals?
Being whole is only possible if I am ready for it. It means jumping off a cliff into the unknown without knowing if and how I will land at the bottom. It means flying under my own power, with all the consequences, without a safety net or backup plan, fully aware of the responsibility, and with no way back. It means no longer hiding behind anything. This became clear to me when the spiritual worlds asked me the question: “Are you ready to be whole?”
Healing is the way to get there, a dance with the energies of the universe. This dance needs to be embraced.
For a long time, I resisted having anything to do with healing; I found it much more exciting to search for historical insights in dusty files. Then I stumbled into shamanism, and it became increasingly clear that shamanic work, especially healing, gave me deep joy. Nevertheless, there was something I didn't understand for months. Because whenever I asked my heart if I wanted to become a healer, the answer was an unequivocal no. Only now did I suddenly realize: the question was simply wrong. When I ask my heart if I want to bring healing , the answer is a clear yes. The difference is only seemingly minimal, but in fact they are two completely different approaches.
Poison is healing, and healing is poison. We humans cannot know what heals. Perhaps what we believe heals is exactly the wrong thing. Perhaps in a certain situation it is even right to let someone go “with open ends,” full of pain or anger, even if our human consciousness resists it with all its might and laments that we cannot leave it at that.
We can only trust and let ourselves be guided. Guided by our otherworldy allies, by the spiritual worlds. For it is they who heal. Not us.
Of course, people are also needed for this. People are needed to act, to talk, to be there. The allies cannot do all this in this form. In this respect, we humans can be channels for the work of the spiritual worlds, provided we want to and are allowed to do so – and in this way we can indeed bring healing. Exactly that; no more, no less. bring healing. Genau das; nicht mehr, nicht weniger.
