Psychedelic experiences—whatever their nature—remain suspended in a vacuum if they are not integrated. Integration first requires a safe space where you can bring everything that moves you. Integration braucht zunächst einmal einen sicheren Raum, in den Du alles einbringen kannst, was Dich bewegt.

It can be very helpful to hear about the experiences of others and to have a space where you can share your own experiences with others. Sometimes it is enough just to hear that you are not alone with this or that problem. Or you may have an “aha” moment: ah, so that's the connection... Or you may find ideas in the conversation about how to process your experiences.

I am initially offering this sharing circle online. However, if there is sufficient interest, there is also the possibility of a group meeting in person in Munich.

The group is intended to be open; you can attend once, several times, or regularly, depending on your needs and interests.
