Psychedelic retreats

Substance-assisted therapy is a powerful way of personal transformation. The work in altered states of consciusness can provide deep insights into the How and Why of our own behavioural patterns, and the awareness of how our family system works. With it, emotions can flow that were stored in our bodies for decades, and thus free life energy that has been blocked.

Etymologically, the term means “that which reveals the soul.” In other words, that which connects us with our soul and our innermost being, and thus also with life, nature, and the universe.

The retreats follow a clear structure which is intended to prepare, support and integrate your inner journey in the best way possible. A maximum of 12 participants is supported by two or three facilitators, depending on the group size. All are appropriately trained and certified and have extensive personal experience in altered states of consciousness.

The sessions have a ceremonial framework. Music carries the experience. You are on your own, very personal journey, guided by your intention and by that what is often referred to as the inner healer. The facilitators provide support as needed, for example with bodywork, questions or suggestions, or simply by holding the space for whatever arises and wants to be experienced in that moment of the journey. There is relatively little talking, because the aim is not to feed the mind (that comes later, during the integration process), but to experience this journey with your whole being, with your soul, body and emotions.

The group setting means that you do not have the full attention of a facilitator all the time. However, the group is part of the framework and space that holds your own experience; it can be an important witness and valuable mirror, in deep connection with you through shared activity.

The main language during the retreat is English. One-to-one conversations can also be conducted in German or other languages.
